FunTown Fundraiser
We are building a paper Mosaic as a fun fundraiser! This year's Mosaic design is our school mascot- a Viking. Purchase of a paper tile, or a donation may be made at Dr. Holt's Face Book Fundraiser page: https://www.facebook.com/donate/1862769670421529/?fundraiser_source=external_url
or you can see us at SDMHS, or even mail us an order form & payment.
Our goal is to raise enough for the bus AND all music department student entrance fees at FunTown.

Monday Night Band

posted Mar 1, 2018, 3:05 AM by Victoria Cox

Our band has been meeting on Monday evenings to ensure all musicians have an opportunity to rehearse together at least once per week. We are busy preparing for an upcoming concert. We end our rehearsal with dinner. This is a really nice way to end a rather busy day and we would like to recognize and thank Mrs. Colby for providing some of our meals. They were a huge hit!
"Stay tuned" for details on the performance date!

Dr. Holt's Music Classes are preparing to go to FunTown! FunTown offers a Music Day where school music groups can perform for comments from notable Maine Music Educators and then spend the day at the park. This is a cool way to end our first year together. Students have been working hard to prepare memorable performances throughout the school year and this is a fun way to celebrate student success. We are booked for Saturday, June 2.

Tickets are $25 per student and our fundraising campaign will begin soon to help offset the cost of the bus and student park fees. Chaperones will be needed and Dr. Holt will post this via the REMIND app.

Donations can be made through the High School office at any time, please state it's for the SDMHS Music trip.
